“调脏通络”电针对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"调脏通络"电针对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法将86只大鼠随机分为电针干预组、药物干预组、模型对照组、正常对照组,采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次注射法诱导建立DM大鼠模型。12周后,采用TUNEL法检测大鼠坐骨神经细胞凋亡比例。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组、电针干预组及药物干预组大鼠凋亡细胞比例均显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组相比,电针干预组及药物干预组大鼠凋亡细胞比例均显著降低(P<0.01);电针干预组及药物干预组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "调脏通络"电针可以明显降低糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经细胞凋亡比例,对坐骨神经起到一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of ＂Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian＂ Electroacupuncture on the apoptosis of sciatic nerve cells in rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 86 rats were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture intervention group, the drug intervention group, the model control group and the normal control group. The DM rat model was induced by streptozotocin（STZ） once injection. After 12 weeks, the proportion of the rat sciatic nerve apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method. Results Compared with the normal control group, the percentage of apoptotic cells in the model control group, the electroacupuncture intervention group and the drug intervention group increased significantly（P〈0.01）. Compared with the model control group, the percentage of apoptotic cells in the electroacupuncture intervention group and the drug intervention group decreased significantly（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture intervention group and the drug intervention group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ＂Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian＂ Electroacupuncture can significantly reduce the proportion of apoptosis in the sciatic nerve cells of diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats and protect the sciatic nerve.
