连钱草总黄酮微丸制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的制备连钱草总黄酮缓释微丸并优化处方及其制备工艺。方法以收率、圆整度及其体外释放度为评价标准,分别对处方因素(投药量、黏合剂用量的比例)和工艺因素(挤出速度、滚圆时间和滚圆速度)进行单因素考察,得出连钱草总黄酮缓释微丸的制备工艺。结果优化后的处方工艺收率高、圆整度较好,缓释效果较好。结论此试验方法可行,根据本处方及工艺可以制备成骨架型缓释微丸。Objective Preparation of flavonoids money grass sustained release pellets and its optimal formulation and preparation process. Methods In the yield, roundness and in vitro release are the evaluation criteria, respectively prescription factors（the proportion of dosage and binder dosage） and crafts factors（extrusion speed, spheronization time and spheronization speed） univariate study. Preparation process for money grass sustained release pellets of total flavonoids. Results The optimized prescription has high yield, good roundness, and better sustained release. Conclusion This test method is feasible, which can be prepared into a skeleton type sustained-release pellets according to this prescription and process.
