舒肝定志汤联合二甲双胍对奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢和体质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究二甲双胍联合自拟舒肝定志汤对奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢和体质量的影响。方法选择2017年2月—11月在我院门诊或住院诊治的80例精神分裂症患者,随机分为2组,各40例。2组均口服二甲双胍以及奥氮平治疗,观察组联合服用我院自拟的舒肝定志汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后的治疗总有效率、糖代谢指标、体质量指标以及脂代谢指标。结果观察组治疗3个月后的总有效率85.0%高于对照组62.5%(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组的2 h PG、FBG、BMI、体质量以及腰围水平与治疗前比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但对照组上述指标均明显高于治疗前及观察组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组的TG、TC、LDL和HDL均与治疗前比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但对照组的TG、TC和LDL均明显高于治疗前以及观察组,HDL水平明显低于治疗前及观察组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合自拟舒肝定志汤可以显著减轻奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢紊乱以及体质量升高,且治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with Shugan Dingzhi decoction on olanzapine induced schizophrenia patients with lipid metabolism and body weight. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with metformin and olanzapine in the treatment, the observation group taking a combination of our hospital with the Shugan Dingzhi decoction treatment. The total treatment efficacy, glucose metabolism index, body weight index and lipid metabolism index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was 85.0% higher than that of the control group（62.5%）（P〈0.05）; Before treatment, there was no significant difference in 2 h PG, FBG, BMI, body weight and waist circumference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After 3 months of treatment, the above indicators in the observation group were not statistically different from those before treatment（P〈0.05）. But the 2 h PG, FBG, BMI, body weight and waist circumference of the control group were significantly higher than before treatment and observation group（P〈0.05）; Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TG, TC, LDL, and HDL between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After 3 months of treatment, there was no statistical difference between the above indicators in the observation group and before treatment（P〉0.05）. However, the TG, TC, and LDL in the control group were significantly higher than before treatment and in the observation group, and the HDL level was significantly lower than before treatment and in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin combined with self-made Shugan Dingzhi decoction can significantly reduce oligospermia-induced schizophrenia patients with metabolic disorders and elevated body weight, and the treatment effect is significant, worthy o
