摘　　要：如今,人口老龄化已然成为一个全球性的问题,每个国家都面临老年人养老和医疗的双重问题。慢性病、失能、空巢等老人问题逐渐增多,传统的家庭养老模式由于家庭功能的弱化,已经不能完全满足老年人日益增长的养老需求。因此,如何借助高速发展的网络支持系统来探究新型的社区养老模式显得尤为重要。通过对"互联网+"时代下医疗体系的变革、专业性人才的培养、多元化的志愿者服务团队的构建及相关护理保险制度的完善等举措的探究来促进信息时代下的社区养老模式。创新养老服务内容、合理利用资源,提高养老福祉,使社区养老问题得到更高效的解决。Nowadays, the aging of the population has become a global problem. Every country is faced with the dual problems of old-age pension and medical care. Chronic diseases, disabilities, empty nests and other problems of the elderly have gradually increased, and the traditional family pension model has not been able to fully meet the growing needs of the elderly due to the weakening of family functions. Therefore, it is very important to explore the new type of community pension model with the help of the high-speed network support system. Through the ＂Internet＋＂ era of medical system reform, the training of professional personnel, the construction of diverse volunteer service teams and related nursing insurance system to promote the improvement of the community pension model in the information age. We will make innovations in the content of old-age care services, make rational use of resources, improve the welfare of the elderly, and make the community＇s old-age care problems more efficient.
