肺癌合并抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征的诊疗与护理

摘　　要：针对5例肺癌合并抗利尿激素分泌异常患者的临床资料,进行了回顾性分析与总结,认为护理要点为:注意意识变化,严格记录出入量,防止血管损害,安全防护,饮食护理,基础护理,动态监测血钠、尿钠并且注意观察用药反应,限制补液速度。同时做好患者及家属的心理护理。经过严密的诊治和积极的护理,5例患者中2例好转出院,2例持续性无症状低血钠,1例因重度感染死亡。This paper summarized the nursing care experience of 5 patients who having SIADH combining lung cancer. The key points in nursing were close observation consciousness, recording intake and output volume, preventing vascular damage, safety protection, diet care, basic nursing, dynamic monitoring blood natrium, urine sodium and observing the adverse reaction, limiting the speed of volume, focusing on the psychological reaction of the patients and their family. After strict treatment and active nursing care, 2 patients were discharged from hospital and 2 patients died of severe infection, 2 patients with persistent asymptomatic hyponatremia and 1 patient died of severe infection.
