水胶体敷料联合精密输液器在预防骨科术后静脉炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用水胶体敷料及一次性精密输液器预防骨科患者术后静脉炎的效果。方法选择2017年4月-9月在我院骨科术后患者441例,随机分为观察组221例,对照组220例。观察组术后立即更换使用一次性精密输液器,同时更换留置针贴膜用水胶体敷料覆盖穿刺点后再在穿刺点近心端、血管正上方部分沿血管走行方向敷贴水胶体敷料,保证完全贴服,中间不得产生气泡。对照组术后则仍使用普通一次性输液器,仍使用原贴膜不更换水胶体敷料。结果观察组静脉炎发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论水胶体敷料联合精密输液器可以有效降低骨科手术术后病人静脉炎的发生率,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of combined application of hydrocolloid dressing and disposable precise infusion apparatus of preventing postoperative phlebitis in orthopedic surgery. Methods 441 patients from April to September of 2017 after surgery were randomly divided into observation group（221 cases） and control group（220 cases）, the patients in the observation group were changed immediately with disposable precision infusion apparatus after surgery, and covered the puncture point and vascular vessels along with hydrocolloid dressing without bubbles. The patients in the control group still used the ordinary disposable infusion apparatus after the operation, and the water colloid dressing was not replaced by the original patch. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing combined with precise infusion apparatus can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis in patients after orthopedic surgery and complications.
