摘  要:溶胶-凝胶技术(Sol-Gel)是近年来新兴的涂层制备方法,作为一种重要的化学合成方法和具有的优势使其适用于制备有机-无机杂化涂料(OIHC)。对利用Sol-Gel制备杂化涂层的原理、步骤及国内外研究进展进行了综述,提出了一种制备杂化涂料的新思路,并重点阐述了这一研究领域新的应用方向,因该涂料兼具了有机相和无机相的双重特点和优异性能,使其在重防腐领域有着十分广阔的应用前景。Sol-Gel technique as an important method of chemical synthesis is a kind of coating preparation method emerging in recent years, and the advantages make it suitable for the preparation of organicinorganic hybrid coatings (OIHC). The principle, procedure and the research progress of the hybrid coatings at home and abroad are summarized. A new idea for preparing hybrid coatings is presented, and a new application direction is focused on the discussion in this field. Due to dual characteristics and the advantages of both organic and inorganic phases, the hybrid coatings have a very broad application prospects in the heavy-duty anti-corrosion field.
