摘 要:目的建立一种高效、实用、环保的新检测方法。方法对采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对3种酚类化合物的检测条件和技术指标(线性相关系数、检出限、回收率和精密度等)进行探讨研究。结果线性相关系数均在0.9999以上,检出限分别是0.08μg/L、0.04μg/L、0.02μg/L,回收率分别是97.5%-116.9%、94.4%-120.0%、87.3%-118.7%,RSD值分别是2.1%-2.7%、2.2%-2.6%、2.0%-2.3%。结论所建立的新方法,灵敏度高,低毒环保,具有很高的实用性。Objective To establish a new detecting method with high efficiency, practice and environmental protection. Methods To explore and study detection conditions and technical indicators(linear correlation coefficient, detection limit, recovery rate and precision degree) of 3 kinds of phenolic compounds by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Results Linear correlation coefficients were all above 0.9999, detection limit was 0.08μg/L, 0.04μg/L and 0.02μ g/L respectively, recovery rates was 97.5%-116.9%, 94.4%-120.0% and 87.3%-118.7% respectively, and RSD value was 2.1%-2.7%, 2.2%-2.6%, 2.0%-2.3% respectively. Conclusion The new method has advantage of high sensitivity, low toxicity and environmental protection, which has high practicability.
