雌孕激素复合制剂治疗青春期功血的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究雌孕激素复合制剂治疗青春期功血的应用效果。方法根据本研究自拟的患者选入标准随机选用在本院接受青春期功血治疗的100例疾病患者作为研究对象进行分析,根据患者使用不同的治疗药物方法将其平均分组,即观察组(雌孕激素复合制剂妈富隆)与对照组(孕激素炔诺酮),各50例。比较两组的临床效果、控制出血时长、完全止血时长、并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组的82.00%;观察组的控制出血时长、完全止血时长均比对照组短;观察组的并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组的20.00%。三组其对应值较为显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌孕激素复合制剂治疗青春期功血具有极高的使用价值,效果理想,安全性指数高,此法值得在青春期功血的临床治疗中大力推广。Objective To study application effect of estradiol and progesterone compound preparation for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding effect. Methods According to self standard of the research, choose and analyze 100 cases adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients randomly in our hospital as research objects, according to different medication methods, divide them into observation group（estradiol and progesterone compound preparation Marvelon） and control group（progestogen norethindrone） in average, 50 cases in each. Compare clinical effect, bleeding time control, time of complete hemostasis, complications incidence of two groups,. Results Total effective rate of observation group（96.00%） was higher than control group（82.00%）. Bleeding time control, time of complete hemostasis of observation group was shorter than control group, and complications incidence of observation group（4.00%） was lower than control group（20.00%）. Corresponding values of three groups were significant, and there was statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Estradiol and progesterone compound preparation has high treatment value for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with ideal effect, high safety index, which is worthy of great promotion in clinical treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
