面部整形美容中自体脂肪源性干细胞应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的对自体脂肪源性干细胞在面部整形美容中的实际应用价值进行研究分析。方法选择2015年10月至2016年10月间在我院使用自体脂肪源性干细胞进行面部整形美容的患者共30例作为研究分析对象,其中男9例,女21例,患者年龄在21-43岁之间,平均年龄(32.8±2.4)岁;经过相关诊断,在所有患者中出现7例面部老化、3例面部老化并凹陷、16例面部凹陷畸形、4例面部萎缩。对所有患者的详细临床资料进行研究分析。结果在对所有患者进行研究分析后,经过治疗面部改善程度显著患者25(83.33)例、面部改善程度有效患者4(13.33)例,治疗总有效率为96.67%。结论使用自体脂肪源性干细胞进行面部整形美容有显著疗效,同时更具安全性,临床美容整形中值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze practical application value of autologous fat derived stem cells in facial plastic surgery. Methods Choose 30 cases received autologous fat derived stem cells of facial plastic surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 as research objects, including 9 male and 21 female, aged 21 to 43,（32.8±2.4） in average. After related diagnosis, among all patients, 7 cases showed facial aging, 3 cases of facial aging and depression, 16 cases of facial deformity, 4 cases of facial atrophy. Study and analyze detailed clinical data of all patients. Results After study and analysis for all patients, 25 cases（83.33） had significnat facial improvement, 4 cases（13.33） showed effective facial improvement after treatment, with total effective rate of 96.67%. Conclusion Facial cosmetic surgery of autologous fat derived stem cell is effective and safe, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical cosmetic surgery.
