摘  要:在风电场弃风电量严重和风机检修效率低下的情况下,风电场风机塔筒升降机的安装效益性研究对弃风电量利用及提高风机检修效率有着重要的意义。对此,文章从风电场安装塔筒升降机的效益出发,采用概率分布及加权平均法、专家调查法、提升设备电耗分析法分别对风电场弃风电量统计、塔筒升降机安装影响风电场检修效率及人员投入量、塔筒升降机运行能耗三方面进行分析,并建立风电场费用-效益模型,结合风电场实例进行验算,对比风电场安装塔筒升降机及利用弃风电量前后的经济效益。结果表明,塔筒升降机安装后13年3个月收回成本,在塔筒升降机生命周期内为风电场带来了127.8万元收益。In the case of serious winds curtailment and the effectivness of wind turbines maintenance,wind turbines hoist installed in wind farms has great significance to the utilization of winds and to improve the efficiency of wind turbines maintenance. This paper starts from the analysis of the benefit of wind turbine hoist installation. Firstly use the probability distribution and the weighted average method, the expert investigation method,the analysis method of lifting equipment power consumption to analyze the wind curtailment utilization, the affection of efficiency wind turbines maintenance and personnel input change of wind farm by installation wind turbine hoist, the energy consumption of the tower hoist. Secondly, establish the wind farm cost-benefit model. Finally, comparing the results from whether the tower is installed in the wind farm and the use of wind curtailment with the calculation of wind farm examples. The results show that the wind farm would get the investment after only thirteen years and three months and bring 1.278 million yuan economic benefits for the wind farm during the life cycle of the tower hoist.
