摘　　要：糖尿病患者足部自护行为是预防足病发生及复发、降低足溃疡发生和截肢发生率的主要因素。针对可控的影响因素，对患者进行健康教育、心理行为干预均对提高糖尿病患者足部自护行为起到一定的效果。本文就国内外糖尿病患者足部自护行为的测量工具、影响因素及相关干预措施进行综述，以期为更好地制定和选择护理干预方法提供依据。Foot self-care behavior is a primary factor in preventing the occurrence and recurrence of diabetic foot, and reducing the incidence rate of foot ulcers and amputation in diabetic patients. Both health education and psychological and behavioral intervention in patients targeted at controllable influencing factors show certain effect on improving foot self-care behavior in diabetic patients. This paper tries to summarize the measuring tools, influencing factors and interventions involved in foot self-care behavior in patients at home and abroad in an effort to offer reference for formulating and selecting better nursing interventions.
