摘　　要：目的 建立退行性颈椎病围术期护理质量评价指标体系.方法 运用三维结构质量模式,采用德尔菲法,于2016年9月—2017年4月,由15名专家对拟定的护理质量评价指标体系进行2轮的匿名问卷函询,获得一致性意见,初步构建评价指标体系.结果 初步构建的退行性颈椎病围术期专科护理质量评价指标体系最终形成55个评价指标,包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标、42个三级指标,专家对各项指标的意见趋同.结论 该指标体系的构建具有科学性和可信性,可规范退行性颈椎病围术期的护理行为,促进专科护理内涵质量的提升,但仍需通过后续临床实践研究的进一步验证.Objective To construct the nursing quality indicator system for perioperative patients with degenerative cervical spondylopathy. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome quality mode and Delphi method, the proposed nursing quality indicator system were carried out two rounds of anonymous questionnaire inquiry among 15 experts from September 2016 to April 2017. The consensus opinion was obtained and the quality indicator system was primarily built. Results The primary nursing quality indicator system for perioperative patients with degenerative cervical spondylopathy included 55 evaluation indicators consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators. Experts had the same opinions on the indicators. Conclusions The construct of the indicator system is scientific and credible. The indicator system can standardize the perioperative nursing for patients with degenerative cervical spondylopathy, promote the improvement of specialized nursing quality. However, it still needs to be further verified by the subsequent clinical practice study.
