摘　　要：目的 调查天津市某社区60岁以上常住老年人的健康现状和家庭护理需求及内容,并将该结果运用于社区家庭护理服务工作的开展,为其提供理论依据并指导其发展方向.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,选取2016年9—12月天津市河东区某社区60岁及以上的105名老年人作为研究对象,采用老年人家庭护理需求评估表,对其健康状况、家庭护理需求及服务内容的进行调查.结果 参与调查的105名老年人中,仅有29.5％的受照顾者认为照顾者的照护能完全满足自身照护需求.有98.1％的被调查老年人存在1项及以上的家庭护理服务需求,服务内容需求依次为血压监测、心电图、康复训练、心理护理和照顾者指导.结论 天津市该社区老年人的总体健康状况差,对社区医疗及家庭护理的需求很大.政府应完善卫生经济政策,完善社区护理和家庭护理模式,解决居家养老的老年人的护理需求.Objective To investigate the health status of the permanent aged over 60 years old of a community in Tianjin, their home care needs and service content as well as apply the results to develop home care services of community so as to provide a theory evidence and to guide development direction. Methods From September to December 2016, a total of 105 aged people over 60 years old of a community of Hedong District in Tianjin were selected as subjects by convenience sampling. The home health care needs questionnaire of aged people was used to investigate health status of the aged over 60 years old, their home care needs and service content. Results A total of 105 aged people participated in the survey and 29.5% of them thought that care of caregivers could absolutely satisfy their care needs. There were 98.1% of them with one or more home care service needs. In turn, the needs in service content included blood pressure monitoring, electrocardiogram, rehabilitation training, mental nursing and guidance for caregivers. Conclusions The aged of the community in Tianjin have poor health condition and have great demands in community medicine and home care. Government should perfect health economic policy, community care as well as home care mode and solve nursing needs of the aged wit home based care.
