摘 要:目的 探讨应用同伴教育对绝经妇女接受激素治疗后更年期症状、不良反应及激素分泌的影响,为临床的诊断和治疗提供依据.方法 选取2015年2月—2017年2月于温州医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的86例绝经妇女为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例,对照组绝经妇女给予常规护理,观察组绝经妇女给予常规护理合并同伴教育干预,6个月后,比较两组患者治疗前后的Kupperman评分、不良反应的发生率以及血促卵泡素和雌二醇的变化.结果 治疗后观察组患者Kupperman评分为(3.02±2.74)分,对照组为(11.83±3.66)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.115,P〈0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生情况、血促卵泡素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 同伴教育能够有效改善绝经妇女更年期症状,减少激素治疗不良反应的发生,提高激素治疗效果.Objective To explore the effects of peer education on climacteric symptom, adverse reactions and hormone secretion among postmenopausal women with hormone therapy so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnose and treatment. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, this study selected 86 postmenopausal women with treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. All of patients were divided into control group and observaion group with the random number table. Postmenopausal women of control group accepted routine nursing. Postmenopausal women of observation group routine nursing combined with peer education. The soere of Kupperman, incidence of adverse reactions, blood follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol before and after treatment of two groups were compared six months after intervention. Results After treatment, the score of Kupperman of observation group and control group were (3.02±2.74) and (11.83 ±3.66) respectively with a significant difference (t=2.115, P 〈 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and level of blood follicle-stimulating hormone of observation group were lower than those of control group ; the level of estradiol of observation group was higher than that of control group ; the differences were all statistic in two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Peer education can effectively improve climacteric symptom, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of hormone therapy and enhance hormone therapy effects among postmenopausal
