延续护理在输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管出院患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管的出院患者的延续护理效果.方法 选择2016年1月—2017年1月行输尿管结石术,术后带双＂J＂管的出院患者90例,按随机方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行出院后延续性护理.观察比较两组并发症发生情况以及出院时、出院2周、出院4周的日常生活活动能力.结果 两组患者出院后,观察组有2例发生并发症,发生率8.89％;对照组中19例发生并发症,发生率42.22％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.141,P〈0.01）.出院2、4周时观察组患者日常生活活动能力评分分别为（54.63±3.72）、（87.86±6.29）分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为20.663、14.088;P〈0.01）.结论 针对输尿管结石术后带双＂J＂管的出院患者采取延续护理,可减少并发症发生,提高患者出院后日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effects of transitional care in discharged patients with double ＂J＂ tube after surgery of ureteral calculus. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, we selected 90 discharged patients with double ＂J＂ tube after surgery of ureteral calculus. All of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. Patients of control group accepted routine nursing. Patients of observation group were treated with transitional care after discharge. We compared the incidence of complications, activities of daily living （ADL） of patients when discharging hospital, two and four weeks after discharge in two groups. Results After discharge, there were two case of complications with 8.89% for the incidence in observation group; however, there were 19 cases of complications with 42.22% for the incidence in control group; and the difference was significant （χ^2=13.141, P 〈 0.01）. The score of ADL of patients in observation group was （54.63 ± 3.72） and （87.86 ± 6.29） respectively two and four weeks after discharge significantly higher than those in control group （t=20.663, 14.088; P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The transitional care for discharged patients with double ＂J＂ tube after surgery of ureteral calculus can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients＇ ADL after discharge. It is worth to be widely generalized and applied in clinic.
