摘　　要：目的 探讨COPD住院患者心理弹性水平现状及其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2016年5月—2017年11月在哈尔滨市某三甲医院住院治疗的150例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）及社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对患者展开调查,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析COPD患者心理弹性的影响因素.结果 COPD患者心理弹性平均得分为（62.23±12.15）分,乐观维度（11.32±3.24）分,自强维度（21.93±5.46）分,坚韧维度（31.88±7.02）分.文化程度、家庭月收入、肺功能分级、合并症个数以及患者社会支持度5个因素是影响COPD患者心理弹性水平的因素.结论 COPD住院患者心理弹性水平较低,医护人员应该重视该问题,采取有效措施提高患者心理弹性水平,改善患者生活质量.Objective To explore the current resilience and its influencing factors in hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Totally 150 COPD patients who were admitted and treated in a Class ]U Grade A hospital in Harbin between May 2016 and November 2017 were selected by convenient sampling, and investigated with general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. Univariate and muhiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the resilience in COPD patients. Results The mean resilience score of the COPD patients was （62.23±12.15）, including （11.32 ±3.24） in optimism, （21.93 ± 5.46） in self- improvement, and （31.88 ±7.02） in toughness. Educational degree, monthly household income, pulmonary function grading, number of complications and patients＇ social support were the influencing factors which contributed to the COPD patients＇ resilience. Conclusions The resilience of hospitalized COPD patients is low. Medical and nursing staff shall pay attention to this issue, take effective measures to enhance the patients＇ resilience, and improve their quality of life.
