摘　　要：国外已有大量的相关调查和研究关注肺移植患者的生活质量及其影响因素,研究结果证明,肺移植术后患者的生活质量较术前明显提高,但生活质量的改善受各系统并发症的影响,仍低于正常人群.由于国内肺移植起步晚,该领域的调查研究鲜见.本文对肺移植患者的生活质量及其影响因素的研究文献进行综述,以期为后续的研究和实践提供借鉴.There have＇been a lot of investigation and research focused on life quality of lung transplantation patients and its influencing factors abroad. The results showed that patients＇ life quality after lung transplantation was significantly higher than that before surgery. However, patients＇ life quality was lower than that of the normal population, since the improvement of life quality was influenced by complications in each system. The domestic research on lung transplantation started late, so the investigation was rare in this field. This paper reviewed the current status and influencing factors of life quality among lung transplantation patients so as to provide a reference for subsequent study and practice.
