摘　　要：空压机漏油是HX_N5型机车GD型空压机最突出的质量问题。空压机漏油一方面会使空压机失去冷却介质,造成空压机工作温度异常升高被传感器监测到而保护停机;另一方面频繁地漏油,会造成直接经济损失。结合出现的GD型空压机漏油案例,重点分析发生的原因并给出相应的措施。Air compressor oil leakage is the most salient quality problem of GD air compressor for HX_N5 locomotive. Air compressor oil leakage can make the air compressor lose the cooling medium,which causes the air compressor working temperature to rise abnormally. This case is detected by the sensor,then the air compressor stops for protection. On the other hand,frequent oil leakage can cause direct economic losses. Combining the case of GD air compressor oil leakage, the causes of the leakage are analyzed and the corresponding measures are proposed.
