摘　　要：目的探讨不孕症患者中染色体异常的发生情况、发生机理,临床表现。方法对1902例患者外周血染色体进行培养获得中期分裂相,常规制片G显带进行核型分析。结果 1902例不孕症患者进行染色体检查后检出数目异常28例(1.47%),结构异常54例(2.84%),多态147例(7.73%)。结论染色体核型分析在不孕不育诊疗中具有重要价值。Objective：To investigate the occurrence,mechanism and clinical manifestation of chromosomal abnormalities in sterility patients. Methods：The metaphase mitosis phase was obtained from the peripheral blood chromosomes of 1902 patients,and and G-banding was performed for karyotype analysis. Results：28 cases（1.47%）were detected in 1902 cases of infertility after chromosome examination,54 cases（2.84%）and 147 cases（7.73%）. Conclusion：Chromosome karyotype analysis is of great value in infertility diagnosis and treatment.
