摘  要:松棒后的荒管螺旋道是CPE顶管机组生产时的控制难点。分析CPE机组松棒机松棒后荒管螺旋道的形成机理,研究装备存在的问题及其对螺旋道的影响,并提出改进措施。分析认为:提高拉杆外管套的刚性并增大耐磨接触面,提高轧辊装配就位于转鼓上的定位精度,可有效解决荒管与轧辊之间的包络面小于70%的问题,消除松棒后荒管螺旋道,提高荒管质量,减轻工人的劳动强度,提升换辊效率。Occurrence of the helical rolled-mark of the tube after running out of the extractor is deemed as one of the control difficulties as encountered with during operation of the CPE push bench mill. Analyzed here in the article is the development mechanism for the said helical mark. Also studied are the problems staying with the rolling equipment, and their influences on the occurrence of the helical mark. Accordingly, improvement actions are proposed. Based on the analysis, it is regarded that the problem that the enveloping surface as between the tube and the roll is less than 70% can be properly solved by means of increasing both rigidity of the pull bar outer bush and the wear-resistant contact surface, and enhancing the positioning accuracy of the roll as assembled onto the drum, which means, the helical rolled-mark of the tube after running out of the extractor shall be eliminated so as to improve the tube quality, reduce labor intensity, and improving efficiency of roll-change operation.
