摘  要:为了得到埋地长输管道物理爆炸对同沟管道及周围环境的影响,通过进行埋地全尺寸管道爆破试验,研究了在役长输管道断裂爆炸对同沟敷设管道造成的破坏程度,对周围人和建筑造成的伤害范围;并对爆炸能量进行了估算。结果表明,在12 MPa管道压力下,埋深1.5 m的管道于侧面完全断裂爆炸对距离为0.96 m的管道并未造成较大程度的破坏,管道爆破冲破土层后的物理爆炸冲击波引起的伤害范围比抛射物的伤害范围小得多;估算结果表明,管道物理爆炸产生的TNT当量约为20.6 kg,但产生冲击波的能量只占30%,危害范围较小。因此,同沟敷设管道0.96 m间距在试验条件下可以满足管道物理爆炸的安全要求;对周边环境危害需要重点关注抛射物的抛射范围、抛射规律,综合考虑确定安全范围。The given article is inclined to present the results of its exploration of the explosion risks due to the share-layout of longdistance high-pressure pipelines in the same ditch-channel in hoping to make clear the affecting extents of such layouts to the surrounding environment due to the layout manner. In the said experiment,we have managed to bury 3 sections of full-scale pressurized pipelines into the same ditch,with the mid-pipe being130 meters long and the rest two— both of 40 meters long. The side wall of each pipeline is separated in a distance of 0. 96 meter with a burial depth being 1. 5 meters from its top surface to the ground. And,then,the pipeline would be cut in the middle so as to trigger the explosive process to trace the explosion destructive force to its parallel pipeline and the likely damage scope and extent. On the other hand,the initial blast energy is supposed to be worked out based on the initial gas leakage with the empirical formula. Furthermore,the blast overpressure can likely be worked out in a free field pressure sensor and the corresponding data acquisition meters. In so doing,we have gained the following results: the parallel pipelines have not been found seriously damaged,when they were laid out in s distance of 0. 96 meters on the both sides of the suffered pipeline,for most of the blasting energy has been released for the moment when the backfilled soil was not sufficiently compacted and hit by the pipeline split fragments.However,there has been formed a big crater of 16 meters long and 14 meters wide and 2. 7 meters deep around the pipeline,whereas the blast has created a cast of concrete block of the pupeline about 1. 5 tons 100 meters away from the pipeline nearby which were arranged before. And the other 5 pieces of concrete blocks were blown away 10-15 meters from their middle pipeline. In addition,the test results of the blast waves also indicate that the hazard scope caused by the physical explosive shock wave turns out smaller than the projectiles did,which proves act
