摘 要:为研究在建车站基坑施工对既有车站的影响特性,以昆明市地铁4号线某车站下穿同站已运营地铁1号线为工程背景。采用ANSYS软件构建车站基坑数值分析模型,对车站基坑密贴下穿开挖过程进行模拟,分析既有车站结构变形规律,并基于实测数据对模型进行验证分析,绘出施工过程与车站结构位移变化对应特征曲线,同时利用模拟结果预测基坑施工过程中可能发生最大变形的位置,以此指导后续施工。结果表明:主体结构各项位移及轨道高差都满足规范要求;临近地铁隧道的深基坑开挖会引起隧道不同程度的位移,变形规律与开挖工况及距基坑远近密切相关;轨道几何部位最大水平位移-2 mm,轨道间距2 mm,变形所受影响较车站主体及道床影响大。The present paper is aimed to pursue and trace the impact of the construction of a newly-built metro transfer station up to the currently existing station under operation. The research has been done based on the engineering project of Kunming Metro Line 4 beneath No. 1 Metro Line,which has already been in operation. To fulfil our research task,it was necessary first of all to set up a numerical simulation software known as ANSYS,and establish a station pit model needed to utilize a solid95 solid element for its body and a beam element. Besides,it is also necessary to put up a support,a lattice column,a pile foundation for its main structural beams and columns. In addition,we have also adopted a shell unit named shell-63 for its underground continuous wall and the floor for its main structure along with the side wall and the buried tunnel lining wall. In doing so,we have done a 3-D simulation of the excavation process for the foundation pit.To achieve the above mentioned goals,we have analyzed the deformation situation of the currently existing station structure so as to draw the characteristic curve change between the construction process and the station structure displacement. At the same time,we have also made a forecast for the maximum deformation of the location in the excavation process and a corresponding construction guide for the follow-up consequential execution. From what is said above,it can be concluded that,first of all,the displacement of the main structure and the height difference of the track displacement can meet the specified requirements. Secondly,the excavation of the subway tunnel may tend to lead to the displacement of the tunnel in different degrees under different working conditions,which implies that there exists an obvious variation of the horizontal displacement of the main body of the two stations. And,thirdly,the deformation regularity has been found closely related with the excavation conditions and distance from the pit,with the maximum horizontal displacement of the track geometry
