摘  要:针对高度受控河流——浑河沈抚段非汛期水质差生态需水量不足导致的生态环境恶化问题,研究了非汛期浑河沈抚段闸坝分区生态补水量。采用MIKE11水动力模型对抚顺二站和沈阳三站两个水文站2014年9—12月的实测流量、水位进行模型率定;采用2015年1—4月的实测流量、水位对模型进行验证,在保证模型精准度的基础上模拟研究区域13个断面的水文情况。根据1964—2014年的水文数据,采用月保证率及Tennant法综合计算生态环境需水量。为避免上下游水量重复问题,真实反映各区段生态环境需水量差异,采用一种全新的以闸坝为分区节点的方式计算了12个区段的分区生态环境需水量。通过上下游整合计算方法计算生态环境补水量,通过调控大伙房水库泄水量在改善水质的同时满足生态环境需水量。经计算,浑河沈抚段非汛期大部分区段处于生态需水量缺少状态,12个区段的分区生态环境需水量为4.65×108m3。采用大伙房水库增泄水量的方式来改善研究区域生态环境恶化情况,经计算大伙房水库补水量为2.15×108m3;最小日增泄流量出现在12月,为6.17 m3/s;最大日增泄流量出现在4月,为27.39 m3/s。The given paper intends to devote itself to finding a solution to the ecological environment deterioration problem caused by the shortage of ecological water supply and poor water quality of the strictly controlled Shenyang-Fushun section of Hunhe River,particularly during the non-flood seasons. For the said purpose,central concern of the paper has been turned to the approach to the ecological water supplement for the sluice in the said section of the river by using a so-called MIKE11 hydrodynamic model devised and proposed to imitate the flowing current and water level data gained from Sept. 2014 to Dec. 2014 of the Fushun Second Station and Shenyang Third Station,with the results verified through actual measurements from Jan. 2015 to Apr. 2015. Besides,we have also made an accurate simulation to the hydrological conditions of the 13 cross-sections of the areas under study. Furthermore,we have also worked out the eco-environmental water demands by the monthly water supply and demanding rate with the Tennant Method in the form of hydrological data from 1964 to 2014. In so doing,we have identified and determined the eco-environmental water demands of the 12 sections of the river with the help of a novel type of sluice dam as a zoning node to avoid duplication of the upstream and downstream water volumes so as to be able to reflect the difference in the ecological water authentically. Through such a careful calculation of the water amount in the ecological environment,the discharge volume of the Dahuofang Reservoir has been chosen to improve the water quality while satisfying the eco-environmental water demand.Thus,the results of the calculation prove that,for most of the non-flood periods,the Shenyang-Fushun section of the river remains in a state of shortage of ecological water demand,with the eco-environmental water demand of the 12 sections being 4. 65 ×108 m3.
