摘　　要：通过对全低温变换工艺外排污水计算分析,指出外放排污水通过除铁处理后代替脱盐水带来的经济效益和社会效率。Through calculation and analysis of the effluent discharged from total low temperature shift process, the economic benefits and social benefits brought by replacing the desalinated water with effluent after iron removal treatment are pointed out.
