泪道栓子植入对重度干眼患者视觉相关生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价泪道栓子植入治疗对重度干眼患者视觉相关生存质量的影响.方法 观察40例（60只眼）重度干眼患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用人工泪液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液滴眼,实验组予以下泪点植入SmartPlugTM泪道栓子,联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液滴眼,对比评价两组治疗前以及治疗后3个、6个月的泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光染色评分、主观症状评分及视觉相关生存质量（VRQOL）评分.结果 治疗前泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光染色评分、主观症状评分、及VRQOL评分,两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P ≥0.05）.而在治疗3及6个月,两组间各项指标差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且实验组的指标改善较对照组更为明显.结论 泪道栓子植入可以明显改善重度干眼患者的临床症状,提高患者视觉相关生存质量.Objective To evaluate the effects in lacrimal plug treatment of severe dry eye on vision-related quality of life.Methods Forty cases （60 eyes） of patients with severe dry eyes were divided into two groups randomly.One group received SmartPlugTM lacrimal plug which located in inferior punctum and the other group received artificial lacrima for routine treatment,both group combined with Diclofenac sodium eye drops.Schirmer＇s test,tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescein staining scores,personal symptoms scores,and vision-related quality of life scores before and after treatment for 3 months and 6 months were captured and compared in two groups.Results There were no significant different in Schirmer＇s test,tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescein staining scores,personal symptoms scores and vision-related quality of life scores between two groups before the treatment （all P ≥0.05）.While after the different treatment for 3 months and 6 months,all the observed parametres showed significant differences （P 〈0.05）,furthermore the experimental group was obviously improvement than that in the control group.Conclusions Lacrimal plug treatment can obviously improve symptoms and vision-related quality of life in severe dry eye patients.
