腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术对复发性腹股沟疝的治疗效果。方法 54例复发性腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组27例。观察组行腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术,对照组行腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术,对两组患者手术相关指标及术后并发症情况进行比较。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.70%,与对照组的18.52%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术与腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术均适用于复发性腹股沟疝患者,腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术术后恢复时间更短,可作为首选术式。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of laparoscopic peritoneal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy for recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 54 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia were selected as research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 27 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscopic peritoneal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy, the control group received laparoscopic total extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy. The surgical related indicators and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operative time between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The postoperative anal exhaust time, meal time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.70%, that in the control group was 18.52%, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic peritoneal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy and laparoscopic total extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy are suitable for patients with recurrent inguinal hernia. Laparoscopic peritoneal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy has shorter postoperative recovery time and can be used as the first choice.
