摘　　要：由于跨境电子商务较传统交易模式涉及业务范围更广、交易主体更多、监管部门更多头、业务模式更复杂，使得与外汇收支有关的收付渠道、主体、方式以及外汇收支申报方式等均发生了较大变化，从而大大增加了外汇收支管理和监测的难度。Since the cross-border e-commerce involves wider business scope, more participation entities, more fragmented regulation, and more complex business models than traditional commercial models, a lot has been changed in the settlement channels, entities and methods related to FX receipts and payments as well as the report methods of cross- border e-commerce, which greatly increases the difficulty of FX management and monitor. Based on the introduction of the major business models of cross-border e-commerce and the related FX settlement methods, the article proposes measures to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce and offers regulatory recommendations to address issues regarding FX management in cross-border e-commerce.
