摘  要:镇海炼化作为中国石化龙头企业,积极响应"中国石化应用信息技术构建能源管理信息系统,促进企业实现降本增效优化运行"的号召,深化基层运行改革。本文依据镇海炼化生产数据及现行操作管理经验,提出了汽轮机末级排汽干度的经验关联式,并据此以焓降比法计算汽轮机级间相对内效率,进而通过对级间相对内效率的优化得到汽轮机负荷与级间抽气量的最优分配方案。本方法已在镇海炼化蒸汽动力系统中投用,取得了约9000元/每小时的经济效益,为石化企业推进节能降耗信息化建设提供了有价值的参考。As the leading enterprise of Sinopec Group, Zhenhai Refinery & Chemical Company positively responds to the policy that build energy management information system in Sinopec-Group with information technology for promoting the enterprise to realize the optimal optimization through the cost declining and deeply reforms the basic operation. In this paper, an empirical correlation equation for dryness fraction of exhaust steam is proposed based on the production data and the current operation experience of Zhenhai Refinery & Chemical Company. The enthalpy drop ratio method is employed to calculate the interstage relative internal efficiency with the dryness fraction obtained. Furtherly, the optimal allocation scheme of the steam turbine load and interstage gas extraction are gained by optimizing the relative internal efficiency. The presented method has been used in the steam power system of Zhenhai Refinery & Chemical Company, and an economic benefit with about 9000 ¥/h is achieved. It provides a valuable way to the information construction of petrochemical enterprises for energy saving and consumption reduction.
