摘  要:野生茄属植物具有很大的利用价值,但在常规条件下野生茄种子不容易萌发。该试验以不同浓度的赤霉素(0~1 000mg·L^(-1))处理种子并统计其发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,从而探讨不同浓度赤霉素对红茄、水茄及刺天茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明:水茄和刺天茄的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均随着GA浓度的升高呈现出上升的趋势,在GA浓度为1 000 mg·L^(-1)时水茄和刺天茄的发芽率最大,且均为73.33%;红茄的萌发在600mg·L^(-1)时各项指标均达到最大值,其中发芽率为47.78%,之后各项指标随着GA浓度的升高呈下降的趋势。Wild Solanumhad great utilization value,but its seeds were not easy to germinate under the normal conditions.In this experiment,gibberellin acid(GA,0-1 000 mg·L^-1)with different concentrations gradients were used to deal with the seeds of Solanum integrifolium Poir.,Solanum torvum Sw.and Solanum indicum L.,and also three indicators of the germination rate,germination potential and germination index were counted to discuss the effects of different concentrations of GA on seeds germination.The results showed that,with the increase of GA concentrations,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the seeds of Solanumtorvum Sw.and Solanum indicum L.were all rised,and their maximum germination rate were 73.33% at1 000 mg·L^-1.However,all the indexes of Solanum integrifolium Poir.reached the maximum at600 mg·L^-1,and its maximum germination rate was 47.78%.After that,all indicators of Solanum integrifolium Poir.showed a downward trend with increasing GA concentration.
