摘　　要：公共卫生安全保障是各项重大活动保障工作中至关重要的部分。本文介绍了G20杭州峰会保障的重点区域——杭州西湖风景名胜区在G20杭州峰会公共卫生保障中的具体实践。重点阐述了组织体系建立、培训演练、风险评估、病媒生物防制、卫生监督管理、症状监测等各项保障工作。提出了做好重大活动公共卫生保障,务必提前考虑重大活动进展过程中安保管控升级可能带来的相关问题,提前做好相关应对准备;应建立结构合理、数量充足、训练精良的保障队伍;应提前介入,加强沟通和部门协作;并对场馆病媒生物防制提出一些思考。通过对G20杭州峰会公共卫生保障实践工作进行探讨,总结经验,为重大活动公共卫生保障提供借鉴和参考。Public health security is a vital part of security for major activities. The article introduces how scenic area of West Lake in Hangzhou ensured the public health security for G20 Hangzhou summit. Key tasks such as organizational structure,training and drill,risk assessment,vector biological control,health supervision and management and syndromic surveillance were introduced in details. The article suggests that issues related to upgrade of security and control in the process of progress of major activities should be considered earlier. Team for security should have reasonable structure,abundant quantity and excellent training. The work for security should intervene early,and communication and department collaboration should be strengthened. Some thoughts on vector biological defense system for pavilions were also presented. After all,these experience were summed up and discussed,so as to provide evidence for public health security for similar major activities in the future.
