摘  要:减少碳排放、实现可持续制造是制造业迫切需要解决的问题,而量化制造过程中的碳排放量是优化制造方案的必要条件。本文针对无心磨削加工过程,利用键合图理论对数控无心磨床子系统建立能耗模型,并提出了一种综合考虑能耗、资源消耗、废弃物处理的无心磨床磨削加工过程低碳性评价方法,可以全面地对无心磨削过程的等效碳排放量定量计算,为优化磨削参数、机床配置参数建立理论基础。Quantifying the impact of manufacturing processes on the environment is a necessary condition for lowcarbon manufacturing. Grinding, as a commonly used finishing method, has the characteristics of higher specific energy consumption and more resource consumption. bond graph theory was used to establish energy consumption model for CNC centerless grinding machine subsystem. A low-carbon evaluation method for the grinding process is proposed, which comprehensively considers energy consumption(E), resource utilization(R), and waste disposal(W) against the equivalent carbon emission from the entire process.
