摘  要:在机翼受气动力变形过程中,高升力系统驱动线系会发生伸缩变形,高升力系统驱动线系与结构、其他系统的间隙会发生变化,并有可能会产生变形、摩擦、卡阻或干涉。本文在飞机铁鸟台架上进行改造,使铁鸟台架具备模拟机翼气动变形试验的能力,可以较真实的验证适航条款25.683和25.1309,检查在机翼气动变形情况下运动机构和传动线系是否会发生过度变形、卡阻和摩擦等问题。In the process of the wing bended, the elevating system expansion bended happens, the gap between drive line of elevating system and other system would be changed, the bended would cause the gap changed in each component and may lead to deformation and friction, jam or interference. Transform the iron bird, make the iron birds have the ability to simulate the wing bended test, could be a real validation trial clause 25.683 and 25.1309, check under the condition of the wing bended mechanism and drive line would happen excessive deformation, jam and friction and so on.
