摘  要:设计了一种基于PLC控制的恒流充电冲击电流发生器。该发生器是由一台三菱PLC作为控制器,通过控制可控硅导通角,调节输出电压,输出电压经过整流对脉冲电容器进行充电,实现恒流控制。最后通过调波电路进行参数调整,触发放电球,形成放电回路。试验结果证明,该方案达到了恒流充电的效果,并实现了8/20 us冲击电流波形。This paper designed an impluse current generator which was charged with constant current based on PLC.The generator is composed of a Mitsubishi PLC as the controller. The constant current control is realized by controlling the thyristor conduction angle,adjusting the output voltage,and charging the pulse capacitor through the rectifier. Finally,the parameters are adjusted by the modulated circuit to trigger the discharge ball and form the discharge circuit. The experimental results show that the scheme achieved the effect of constant current charging and realized the waveform of 8/20 us impulse current.
