围绝经期妇女更年期症状和更年期保健行为研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨围绝经期妇女更年期症状及更年期保健行为.方法 选取2016年5月至2017年3月围绝经期综合征62例患者作为研究组,另选取同期124例行健康检查女性为对照组,观察所有研究对象的更年期保健行为及更年期症状.结果 研究组患者的性功能症状、血管舒张性症状及躯体症状评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.对照组患者的抑郁症状、焦虑症状评分均低于研究组（P＜0.05）.研究组中,高中以上学历者的保健行为情况优于高中以下学历者（P＜0.05）.研究组中,高中以下学历者对围绝经期各方面知识的掌握率（72.41%）低于高中以上学历者（93.94%,P＜0.05）.结论 对围绝经期女性,更年期症状是其常见表现,受学历高低影响,较高学历患者有较好的保健行为.对患者的健康教育予以加强,能使其相关症状有所减轻.Objective To investigate the menopause symptoms and menopause health behavior in perimenopausal women.Methods Sixty-two cases of perimenopausal syndrome from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study group , at the same period, 124 routine health check women were selected as the control group.The menopause health behaviors and their menopause symptoms were ob-served.Results The scores of sexual function , vasodilatation and somatic symptoms were lower in the study group than those in the control group （ P〈0.05）.The depression and anxiety symptoms of the control group were lower than those of the study group （ P〈0.05）.In the study group, the health care behaviors of senior high school students or above were significantly higher than those of high school or be -low （ P〈0.05 ）.In the study group, the rate of knowledge in all aspects of perimenopausal period （72.41%） was significantly lower than that of senior high school students （ 93.94%, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Perimenopausal women, menopause symptoms are its common manifestations , affected by the level of education , higher education patients have better health behavior.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the health education of patients so as to alleviate their related diseases.
