摘　　要：众多研究显示幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）与许多胃外疾病相关，包括肠道肿瘤、肝胆疾病、呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、代谢系统疾病和血液系统疾病等。本文就HP感染与相关胃外疾病关系及可能机制进行综述。Many studies have shown that Helicobacter pylori （HP） is associated with many gas- tric diseases, including intestinal tumors, liver and biliary diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and blood system diseases. This article reviews the relationship between HP infection and related gastric diseases and its possible mechanisms.
