摘　　要：目的对某煤炭码头职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法对该码头建设项目作业现场用职业卫生检测法、职业卫生调查法和职业病危害作业分级法进行评价。结果项目工人接触的总粉尘(TWA)、呼吸性粉尘(TWA)、噪声和高温符合国家职业卫生标准的要求,转运站的总粉尘超限倍数最大达到2.5,存在超标情况。结论该建设项目在建设过程中,遵循了国家有关的法律法规,采取了必要的职业病危害防护措施,制定了可行的职业卫生管理制度,项目工作场所职业病危害因素的强度或浓度总体符合国家职业卫生标准,各种职业病危害因素对作业工人的影响总体能够得到较好的控制。Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in a coal wharf,and provide satisfactory working conditiongs and protect the workers＇ health.Methods The methods of occupational hazard classification,checklist analysis,occupational health investigation and inspection were applied.Results The total dust（TWA）,respiratory dust（TWA）,noise and high temperature of project workers met the requirements of national occupational health standards,and the total dust（excursion limits） of transhipment station was up to 2.5 exceeded the standard.Conclusion In the course of construction,the project has followed the relevant laws and regulations of the state,taken necessary measures to prevent occupational disease hazards,and formulated a feasible occupational health management system.The intensity or concentration of occupational hazard factors in the workplace of the project generally accord with the national occupational health standards and the influence of various occupational disease hazards on workers can be well controlled.
