2016年吉林省美容美发场所卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省美容美发场所卫生现状,为卫生监管提供科学依据,预防场所内传染病的传播和流行,保障公众健康。方法依据《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T 18204-2013),笔者于2016年在吉林省内选取96家美容美发场所,对其室内空气和公共用品用具中相关卫生指标进行检测,并按《理发店、美容店卫生标准》(GB9666-1996)对检测结果进行评价。结果场所内空气质量共监测2 250个点位,其中有2 218个点位合格(合格率为98.58%);美容美发工具共监测522个样品,其中有510个样品合格(合格率为97.70%);公用毛巾共监测783个样品,其中有769个样品合格(合格率98.21%);空气质量的不同监测指标点位合格情况不同,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.533,P<0.05);美容美发工具的不同监测指标样品合格情况不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);公用毛巾的不同监测指标样品合格情况不同,统计学差异显著(χ2=25.615,P<0.05)。结论 2016年吉林省美容美发场所总体卫生状况良好,但也存在着一些问题,需要加强。Objective In order to know the sanitary situation of beauty salons and barbershops in Jilin province,to provide scientific basis for health supervision and administration,to prevent the occurrence of health accidents in public places,to protect the health of the public.Methods According to Examination methods for public places（GB/T 18204）,in 2016,96 barbershops and beauty salons from Jilin province were selected and tested the hygienic indexes of indoor air and public articles and appliances,and according to the barber shop,beauty shop（GB 9666-1996） health standards to evaluate the test results.Results The air quality in public places monitored a total of 2 250 points,including 2 218 points qualified（qualified rate was 98.58%）;hairdressing tools monitored a total of 522 samples,including 510 samples qualified（qualified rate was 97.70%）;public towel monitored a total of 783 samples,including 769 samples qualified（pass rate was 98.21%）;the air quality of different monitoring indicators qualified situation was different,the difference statistically was significant（χ^2=21.533,P〈0.05）;the cosmetology and hairdressing tools of different monitoring indicators qualified situation was different,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the public towels of different monitoring indicators qualified situation was different,statistically significant difference（χ^2=25.615,P〈0.05）.Conclusion In 2016,the overall health status of beauty balons and barbershops in Jilin province is good,but there are some problems need to strengthen.
