摘  要:针对压电能量采集技术对高效与快速稳定的实际需求,基于串联电感开关同步电荷采集电路(S-SSHI)研究,改进设计了一种高效快速的无源S-SSHI。确定压电换能器等效电路,对改进无源S-SSHI电压稳定响应时间和输出功率进行模拟仿真和实验分析。结果表明:电路在低负载(小于20 kΩ)的情况下有较高的能量输出,达51.243 m W,是经典电路最高输出功率的4.95倍,具有电压响应稳定、时间快的特点。高功率和快速稳定的特征将为无线网络节点供能的工程设计提供理论依据。Aiming at high efficient, fast and stable utility requirements of piezoelectric energy acquisition technology,design a fast and efficient passive series-synchronous switching harvesting on inductor(S-SSHI) based on the research of S-SSHI. The equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transducer is determined, and the voltage stable response time and output power of the improved passive S-SSHI are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the circuit has a higher energy output,up to 51. 243 mW,in the case of low load ( 〈 20 KΩ) which is 4.95 times the highest classical circuit ;it also has stable voltage and quick response time characteristics. High power and fast stable features will provide a theoretical basis for energy-supply engineering design of wireless network nodes.
