摘  要:设计了智能循迹小车,使其能够沿着细铁丝构成的跑道行驶。对金属的检测采用4通道新型数字电感传感器,每个通道连接有自制电感线圈,为有效检测铁丝跑道,自制线圈的直径达到了4 cm。金属检测基于电涡流原理,LDC1614能够将互感后发生变化的频率转换为数字量输出,通过I2C串行总线送给微处理器STM32处理并显示。为实现智能循迹,软件编程中采用均值滤波算法,降低干扰,根据处理后的数据控制小车的前进、左转、右转。实测结果表明:由于LDC1614为4通道数字电感传感器,循迹时,将铁丝放置于自制线圈的正中心,左、右两边各有2只传感器,能够实现对铁丝的稳定、可靠循迹。Design an intelligent tracking car, which can run along track composed of thin iron wire. Metal detection sensor adopts four-channels digital inductance sensor LDC1614, each channel connects self-made inductance coil for effectively detect iron wire track, diameter of self-made inductance coil reach to 4cm. The metal detection is based on eddy current principle, the LDC1614 can convert frequency which is changed after mutual inductance to digital output, and sent to MCU STM32 for processing and display by I2C serial bus. In order to realize intelligence tracking, software programming adopts mean filtering algorithm to reduce interference, according to the processed data to control the car go forward, turn left, turn right. The experimental results indicate that because LDC1614 is four-channels digital inductance sensor,when tracking,the iron wire is put in the center of the self-made coil, each side of left and right has two sensors, it can realize stable and reliable tracking on iron wire.
