LAI Xinsheng's Experience in Treating Sequelae of Neuralgia Caused by Herpes Zoster Based on Syndrome Differentiation

摘  要:总结赖新生教授运用通元疗法辨证治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床经验。认为带状疱疹发病多因人体正虚,风热毒挟损;或肝郁化火,火毒蕴积;或风寒壅遏。其病位在肝、肺,久则及肾。临床常表现为三种类型,即风热毒夹杂,以风热为主;风热毒夹杂,以毒为甚;风寒阻滞。自拟针刺处方泻热调肝方、中药内服处方柴杖解毒汤、外洗处方蓝根洗剂,运用"通元疗法",结合脏腑辨证与经络辨证,从元神论治,针药结合以使五脏安,阴阳调。This paper analyzed the clinical experience of Professor LAI Xinsheng in treating sequelae of neuralgia caused by herpes zoster based on syndrome differentiation with tong yuan therapy(通元疗法). Professor LAI believed that the incidence of herpes zoster was mostly caused by weak healthy qi,damage by wind-heat toxicity; or liver depression transforming into fire,and accumulation of fire toxicity; or wind-cold accumulation and block in body. The location of this disease was in the liver and lung,subsequently in the kidney for a long time. Clinical manifestations are mixed wind-heat toxicity,but mainly in wind-heat; mixed wind-heat toxicity,but mainly in toxicity; stagnation of wind-cold. Acupuncture therapy of purging heat and regulating the liver,oral administration of Chinese medicine therapy Chaizhang Jiedu Decoction(柴杖解毒汤),external washing therapy Langen Lotion(蓝根洗剂) were selfdesigned. Combined with zang-fu and meridian differentiation,"Tong yuan Therapy"was used to treat from primordial spirit with acupuncture and Chinese medicine to tranquilize the spirit and regulate yin and yang.
