摘 要:通过对工程项目生命周期的阐释,分析水泥EPC工程总承包项目总承包方节本增效工作的实施阶段;结合现阶段水泥EPC总承包项目实施现状深度挖掘利润增长点,明确各实施阶段的控制要点。在水泥EPC总承包项目设计、施工阶段,通过公司与项目部协同采取专业评估、科学的规划策划、会议协调、项目重点管控等组织管理措施,共同推动项目节本增效工作系统化实施。提升项目利润空间,实现管理出效益的目标。through the explanation of the life cycle of the project, this paper analyzes the implemenlation stage of the cement EPC general contracting project as the general contractor to implement the cost saving and increasing efficiency, and excavate the profit growth point in depth with the present situation of the implementation of the cement EPC general contracting project, and make clear the control points of the implementation stages. In the design and construction stage of the cement EPC general contracting project, through the company and the projecl department in collaboration with the professional evaluation, seientific planning and scheme, conference coordination, project key management and other organizations and management measures to jointly promote the project to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the work. Improve the profit margin of the project and achieve the goal of management benefit.
