摘　　要：目的：探讨FARES法和Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年1月。2016年10月间收治的78例肩关节前脱位患者，按照随机单盲对照的试验方法，分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例，对照组予以Hippocrates法治疗，观察组予以FARES法治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、1次复位成功情况、复位时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、肩关节Constant评分以及手法治疗导致的并发症、随访1年内再脱位情况。结果：观察组患者临床有效率（89．74％）显著高于对照组（74．36％）（P〈0．05）。2组患者1次复位成功率、远期肩关节Constant评分比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组患者复住时间显著短于对照组，VAS评分显著低于对照组（P均〈0．05）。2组患者并发症发生率、再脱位率比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：在肩关节前脱位患者治疗中，选择FARES法1次复位成功率高，复位时间较短，患者疼痛较小，安全性高，复位后肩关节功能恢复好。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of FARES and Hippocrates on the treatment of anterior shoulder dislocation. Methods ： Seventy - eight patients with anterior shoulder dislocation treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected according to a randomized single -blind controlled trial. 39 cases were enrolled in the control group and treated with Hippocrates. 39 cases were enrolled in the study group and were treated with FARES Law treatment. The results of two groups of patients were compared. Results： The clinical effective rate （89.74%） in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （74.36%） （P 〈0.05）. The two groups of patients a successful reduction rate, long - term shoulder Constant score was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The reduction time of study group was significantly shorter than that of control group, and VAS score was significantly lower than that of control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Complications and dislocation rates of the two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Con- elusion： In the treatment of patients with anterior dislocation of shoulder, the success rate of one -time FARES method was high, the reduction time was short, the patient had less pain, high safety and good shoulder function recovery after reduction.
