摘　　要：目的：很多病患因外伤以及其他的原因使得伤口难以治愈，创面一旦感染，则会延长伤口愈合时间，增加病患和家属的心理负担。所以为了提升临床疗效，促进病患伤口愈合，本文着重研究慢性伤口难以治愈的影响因素，从机体、局部以及医护人员方面进行分析，根据实际情况提出针对性的处理策略，希望能为慢性伤口的临床研究提供科学参考。Many patients because of trauma and other causes make the wound difficult to cure, wound once infected, it will extend the wound healing time, increase the psychological burden of patients and their families. Therefore, in order to improve the clinical efficacy and promote wound healing, this article focuses on the difficult factors that can be cured of chronic wounds, from the body, local and medical staff analysis, according to the actual situation of targeted treatment strategy, hoping for chronic wound Clinical research to provide scientific reference.
