摘 要:多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons,PAHs)是一类在环境中广泛存在的有机污染物,主要来源于有机物的不完全燃烧。多环芳烃被证实具有致癌、致畸和致突变的作用,作为一类前致癌物,需要经过代谢活化后才能发挥致癌性。一般认为PAHs的代谢机制主要有3种:即细胞色素P450(Cytochrome P450,CYP450)/环氧化物水解酶(epoxide hydrolase,EH)机制、CYP/过氧化物酶机制和醛酮还原酶(aldo-keto reductase,AKR)机制。本文对近年来国内外有关多环芳烃代谢机制方面的研究进展进行了综述,着重从代谢的物质基础和激活途径等方面进行了总结,为其代谢机制的进一步研究提供思路。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are a class of organic pollutants which widespread in the environment,mainly resulting from the incomplete combustion of organic matter. PAHs have been proved to exhibit carcinogenicity,teratogenicity and mutagenicity. As a family of precarcinogens,PAHs need to undergo metabolic activation to exert carcinogenicity. It is generally accepted that there are three main metabolic mechanisms of PAHs,including the cytochrome P450(CYP450)/epoxide hydrolase pathways(EH pathway),CYP/peroxidase pathway and aldo-keto reductase pathway(AKR pathway). This paper summarizes the research progress on the metabolic mechanisms of PAHs and the fundamental substance and activation pathways involved in the metabolism in recent years,which is expected to provide references for the further exploring of the metabolic mechanism of PAHs.
