摘  要:目的探讨贵州产天门冬防治燃煤型氟中毒的作用。方法采用贵州医科大学提供60只清洁级大鼠为研究对象,构建燃煤型氟中毒和天门冬治疗模型,随机分为五个不同组别,于染氟90天处死大鼠。处死前对每一只大鼠进行称量,观察染氟期间大鼠氟斑牙变化情况记录,采用氟离子选择电极法检测大鼠尿氟和骨氟含量。结果对照组未出现氟斑牙,染氟组氟斑牙明显高于其他治疗组,主要是中重度。各治疗组随天门冬剂量增加,氟斑牙逐渐降低,主要是轻度偏多。各模型组尿氟和骨氟与对照组比较,逐渐增高均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各天门冬组与染氟组尿氟和骨氟比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随治疗量的增加,尿氟含量逐渐升高,骨氟含量逐渐降低,且各组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过天门冬灌胃治疗,可促进尿氟排泄,降低骨氟含量,减轻氟斑牙的症状,增加大鼠的饮食,且天门冬高剂量效果更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of radix asparagi in the prevention of coal burning fluorosis in Guizhou. Methods Guizhou Medical University to provide 60 clean grade rats as the research object, treatment model of coal burning fluorosis and radix asparagi, randomly divided into five different groups, rats were sacrificed at 90 days. Each of the rats were weighed before death, observation of dental fluorosis rats change records, the fluorine ion selective electrode method to detect urinary fluoride and fluorine content in bone in rats. Results The control group has no dental fluorosis, dye the fluorine spot tooth fluoride group was obviously higher than that of other treatment group, mainly in moderate and severe. The radix asparagi the treatment group increased with the increase of radix asparagi, fluorine spot tooth gradually reduce, mainly mild bullish. The model group urinary fluoride and bone fluoride compared with the control group, the increase was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). The radix asparagi group and the fluoride group urine fluoride and bone fluoride were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). With the increase of the treatment volume, urine fluoride content gradually increased, bone fluoride content decreased gradually, the comparison between the groups were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion By intragastrie administration of radix asparagi of treatment, may promote urine fluoride excretion, reducing bone fluoride content, fluorine spot tooth alleviate the symptoms, increase the diet of rats, radix asparagi high dose effect is better.
