摘  要:农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款是解决农民融资贷款缺乏有效抵押物、破解农民贷款难的有效手段。浙江丽水作为全国农村金融改革试点市和"两权"抵押贷款试点地区,在土地承包经营权抵押贷款业务方面具有良好基础并取得积极进展,本文对全市农业经营主体进行随机抽样调查,结果显示,未来土地承包经营权抵押贷款业务的发展具有较大空间,但需要在配套机制等方面继续健全完善。Rural land contract management right mortgage loan is an effective way to solve farmers' financing loans lacking effective collateral and to solve the farmer's loan difficulty. As an rural financial reform and the pilot area of mortgage loan, Lishui has a good foundation and made positive progress in the mortgage business of land contract management right. This article makes a random sampling survey on the agricultural management,The result shows that there will be more room for the development of the Mortgage of Land Contractual Management in the future, but it necessary to complete relevant regulations to take progress.
