摘  要:为探究新型填缝材料感温性能的评价方法,通过宏观试验(针入度、粘度等试验)以及流淌试验来表征灌缝材料感温性能,并与美国产品进行性能比较。结果表明:灌缝材料软化点与美国产品基本一样,当量软化点比美国产品低15℃,布氏粘度和抗流动变形能力远远小于美国产品,60℃、70℃和80℃高温流动变形小于美国产品。In order to explore the evaluation method of the temperature-sensitive performance of the new sealing materials, the temperature-sensitive properties of the sealing materials were characterized by macroscopic tests (penetration, viscosity, etc.) and flow tests to eompare performances with American products. The experimental results show that the softening point of the sealing ma- terial is basically the same as that of American products,the equivalent softening point is 15℃ lower than that of American prod- ucts, the brookfield viscosity and the resistance to flow deformation are much smaller than those of American products, and the flow deformation at 60℃,70℃ and 80℃. less than American products.
