针灸及耳背放血联合中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫临床价值评估

摘　　要：目的:探究针灸及耳背放血联合中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫临床价值。方法:选取108例周围性面瘫患者以随机数字表法分为观察组(54例)和对照组(54例),对照组实施常规临床治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上实施针灸及耳背放血联合中药熏蒸治疗,对比两组患者疗效、住院时间及平均治愈时间、治疗前后患者House-Brackmann面神经功能评分、生活质量评分(SF-36)、不良反应及1年复发率和患者满意率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.15%,显著高于对照组的87.04%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者住院时间及平均治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者House-Brackmann评分、SF-36评分相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者评分改善观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出现1例乏力,对照组未见不良反应,P>0.05;观察组患者1年复发率为0%,低于对照组的7.41%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意程度(98.15%)高于对照组(85.19%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针灸及耳背放血联合中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫临床价值极高,临床疗效提升,面部功能恢复良好,患者生活质量改善,不良反应少,安全可靠,患者满意率高。Objective： To explore the clinical value of acupuncture and pinn bloodletting combined with TCM fumigation in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 108 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 54） and the control group（ n = 54）. The control group was given routine clinical treatment; on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture and pinn bloodletting combined with TCM fumigation. Curative effect,length of stay and average healing time,House-Brackmann score of facial nerve function and SF-36 score of life quality before and after treatment,adverse reactions and one-year recurrence rate,as well as patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 98. 15%,which was significantly higher than 87. 04% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Length of stay and average healing time were obviously shorter in the observation group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant difference between the two groups in terms of House-Brackmann score and SF-36 score before treatment（ P〈0. 05）;the improvements of the scores in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group showed one case of weekness; no adverse reaction was seen in the control group; there was no difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate was 0% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 7. 41% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Satisfactory rate of the patients was 98. 15% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 85. 19% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and pinn bloodletting combined with TCM fumigation has a great value in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. It can increase the clinical curative effect,improve the recovery of facial function and improve life quality of the patie
