齐刺电针拮抗肌腧穴治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨齐刺电针拮抗肌腧穴治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的作用及效果。方法:60例中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的患者,采用随机数字表法,按入院的先后顺序随机分成治疗组(齐刺电针拮抗肌腧穴组)30例、对照组(电针针刺常规腧穴)30例,比较两组治疗前后痉挛程度、日常生活能力评分和FuglMeyer运动功能评分,应用修改的Ashworth法评价两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组上肢痉挛程度分级优于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力评分比较优于对照组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分比较优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为86.67%。结论:齐刺电针拮抗肌腧穴组改善痉挛程度明显,疗效优于电针针刺常规腧穴组。Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of triple electro-needling points of antagonistic muscles in treatment of post-stroke spasmodic paralysis of upper limbs. Methods： A total of 60 patients with post-stroke spasmodic paralysis of upper limbs were randomly divided into the treatment group（ triple electro-needling points of antagonistic muscles） and the control group（ electro-needling conventional points）,with 30 cases in each group. The degree of muscle spasm,activity of daily living（ ADL） and Fugl-Meyer score were evaluated and compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and Ashworth method was used to assess the clinical effect. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of Ashworth ranking of upper limb spasm（ P〈0. 05）,ADL score（ P〈0. 05）,and Fugl-Meyer score（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group,and it was 86. 67% in the control group. Conclusion： The therapy of triple electro-needling points of antagonistic muscles is superior to the the therapy of electro-needling common points,in terms of improving post-stroke spasm.
